We found a very nice deal on a limited amount of some French Walnut for a good looking variation on the 1022.

It is always very rewarding to have TALO folks buy a TALO edition for themselves. Let’s face it, they don’t need another gun. When they buy a TALO edition, we take it as the ultimate compliment.  When the first of these were shipped I heard from 2 CEO’s that they bought one for themselves. I also heard that a prominent Ruger employee bought one.  We have wood for about 1000 rifles. maybe a few more.  They are a very good buy.

In the works now, a special edition honoring Vincente Guerrero, the first Mexican elected President from the ranks of the common man.

La Patria is Colt’s first Gold Cup Pistol chambered in .38 Super in over 20 years. Colt factory gold plated barrel bushing and spur hammer and strut. Old style factory roll marks. High polished stainless steel slide flats embellished in 24 kt gold with “La Patria”, the Rampant Colt Logo, and Vincente Guerrero with his dates.

The serial numbers are issued by the Colt Factory NMS-001 through NMS-400.

Unique intricately checked grip pannels with the Mexican flag carved into them and stainless hex screws.

Very nice fitted hardwood display case is included as a bonus. A period map of Mexico is fitted into the box lid.

Gun is shipped in a Colt Custom shop box with high quality insert describing the edition & a special potrait label of President Guerrero.

We are very proud of this edition. The package may be as nice as we have ever created.
